- POCKET DRAGON
- The rather whimsical little green dragons are called Pocket Dragons - so named because their favorite nesting spots are the pockets of old, worn tweed jackets, although they will accept any comfortable pocket in a pinch. These magical, mischievous creatures speak in Middle English, are slightly vain, love junk food and have an overwhelming compulsion to be 'helpful.'
- GARGOYLES
- A gargoyle is defined by the dictionary as a 'spout in the form of a grotesque figure projecting from the roof gutter to throw rain-water clear of a building'. Really, it is unneccessarily harsh to label these little creatures as 'grotesque'. Mildly ugly, maybe, but not 'grotesque.' Baby gargoyles are actually a lovely pale pink and only turn grey as they age (like the rest of us).
- WIZARDS
- There probably exists some wizards who fit the traditional images - rather dark and mysterious characters - but the wizards in Real's world would never qualify! They probably couldn't remember an evil spell even if they want to cast one. They are sort of grandfatherly types who enjoy the comfortable life - a soft bed, a well cooked meal, a relaxing pipe of tobacco and a good book.
- APPENTICE
- The wizard's young apprentice wears a red wizard cap which is a bit large, but please pretend not to notice.
